Federico II and FECU contact persons will be responsible for management and
coordinating and will be assisted by part time secretary. Communications will be
done through phone-calls, fax, mails and e-mails. Each project visit and
activity will end with report. This will help the project team to manage,
control, monitor and follow-up project outcomes.
FECU project team will be responsible for preparing the training program and its
evaluation system, conducting the first week training, developing the EEEM,
designing the project website, and preparing the infrastructure and technicians
for EE pilot audio-visual library and lab. The seminar will be prepared and
conducted in FECU.
Naples Federico II, Italy-Staff will conduct three weeks from the training
program (two in Egypt and one in Italy). They will help in the material
development and teaching facilities selection, website development, and seminar
presentations.
University of York, UK-Staff as well as TEI of Piraeus, Greece-Staff will
conduct one week from the training program in Egypt. They will help also in the
material development and teaching facilities selection, website development, and
seminar presentations.
Self and peer reviewers (Egypt/EU) will be invited to review the achievement of
the project objective and outcomes.
