The first step took place in the establishment of Vision website started in August 2004 when VISION administration booked this special space. Then, since September 2004, the actual design and implementation of the site started. the site developed to reach its present shape. furthermore, it is being further continuously developed and gradually updated to illustrate the true efforts and activities presented by VISION team, shareholders, and participants.

During the first steps of VISION, the logo of the project has been separately developed. The logo meant to reflect the main aspects of the project. Next, official papers for the project communication and correspondences were designed. They all aims at illustrating the unity between project partners.

- Activate electronic communication between consortium members and students.
- Disseminate knowledge about the project and its objective and vision.

- Facilitate the learning of the Egyptian students through publishing electronic version of the developed EEEM.

- Publish data concerning the target trainees encouraging them to develop their EE Studies.
