EE focused mainly on post-graduate students, research students, engineers and teaching assistants, as well as students of 2nd, 3rd and 4th year of different departments of Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University (FECU). The estimated numbers of this level of beneficiaries is 8000 student and engineer. Applicants from all FECU presented their papers and forms in order to join the project. The first filtration results appeared on January 29th,  2005.
